Purpose and Background

The workshop is a two-day on-site event and is suitable for up to 10 participants. It can be held in German or English.

Contents of the workshop

- Self-assessment and identification of your own leadership qualities.

- The role of leadership in a scaled agile organization.

- Reflection of your own leadership skills in the sacaled-agile context

- Build habits and consideration of the agile mindset!

- Personal goals and the impact on my environment.

For each of the agreed focus topics, there is a short introduction to the theoretical background, followed by exercises and subsequent reflections. The agenda can - if needed- be adapted to the specific needs of the participants.

With many years of experience in leadership coaching in a scaled agile environment, the moderators will, if required, use concepts such as McGregor's theory, motivation theory, scientific management and VUCA environments, systemic thinking, continuous learning and use concepts on biases and reasoning, building learning organizations, psychological models, and much more.
