Workshop Details and Agenda
The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Strategic Implementation Workshop is a two-day, interactive workshop designed for senior leaders, portfolio managers, architects, and change agents seeking to master LPM practices for achieving strategic results. The workshop ideally has a maximum of 12 participants, can be held in German or English and is recommended to be held in-house. It is a mix of analysis, reflection, theory and practical exercises and focuses on creating an organization-specific backlog with actionable tasks for overcoming barriers and building a sustainable LPM framework.
