Having control, of an adaptable, flexible roadmap is essential to ensure that your organization can keep up with evolving customer needs, technological advances, and strategic shifts.

This training goes beyond theory by providing practical tools and methods to create, maintain, and update enterprise roadmaps. The focus is on practical techniques and tools that can be immediately applied in your organization, making roadmaps not just a strategic guide but a dynamic, actionable tool for success.

Description and Agenda

This one-day training, which can be provided in English or German and be either remote or online, provides a comprehensive guide to managing large and complex requirements using flexible roadmaps. In a mix of theory, practice and reflection, participants will learn how to establish effective meeting structures and assign responsibilities for maintaining roadmaps.

The training covers roadmap decomposition, allowing for better alignment between long-term strategic goals and short-term execution. You’ll explore how to manage updates from strategic, development, and customer feedback, ensuring roadmaps remain dynamic and relevant. Emphasis will be placed on planning for and handling MVPs to deliver value incrementally - turning the roadmap into a tool for optimizing value generation. By the end of the course, participants will have the practical tools needed to maintain adaptive roadmaps that align with both business strategy and execution.
