Purpose, Background and Goals
Background
OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a proven management framework that helps companies clearly define their strategic goals and pursue measurable results. They offer a simple but effective method for aligning teams and departments on common priorities and creating transparency throughout the company. Regularly reviewing and adjusting goals promotes organizational adaptability and flexibility, allowing companies to respond quickly to changes. OKRs help to anchor focus, responsibility and continuous improvement in goal achievement.
Purpose
The purpose of this workshop is to introduce management to the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) methodology and to give them a deep understanding of how OKRs can be used as a strategic control tool in the company. Through practical teaching and targeted exercises, we will work together to develop the first company OKRs including suitable key results, so that at the end of the workshop, participants are able to independently and successfully establish and manage the entire OKR process in the company.
