Background, Purpose and Goals

Background:

In today’s dynamic and challenging business environment, an enterprise needs to control just two levers to have the information it needs to flexibly and quickly respond to new conditions. These are:

  • Knowing what needs to be built

  • Knowing what capabilities an organization has, to build these.

In a series of learning steps which provides immediate impact from the first step, AVA shows how to get both levers under control, how to combine them and how this makes it possible to quickly organize and reorganize teams around the most important work to be done. This foundational training gives you the understanding of how AVA does this, what the benefits are and what steps are needed to make this in your organization.


Purpose

The purpose of this two-day foundation training is to give participants a solid grounding in the importance and mechanisms of Adaptive Value Alignment (AVA). We demonstrate the enormous potential (lower cost, less waste, faster time to market, increased organizational flexibility, better competence planning) that can be harnessed and how from the first day – no matter where your organization is now - how benefits can be accrued. The goal is to provide participants with an understanding of how to control the value creation levers of an organization, and how their interactions and alignment are key to maximizing value generation.

Training details und Agenda

The two-day training course, conducted in four half-day sessions is designed as an in-person training which can be run in German or English and is intended for up to 16 participants. The training consists of a well-balanced mix of theory, practical simulations and group exercises. We impart both the necessary knowledge and an understanding of the key interrelationships and always focus on practical applicability.
