Background:
In today’s dynamic and challenging business environment, an enterprise needs to control just two levers to have the information it needs to flexibly and quickly respond to new conditions. These are:

Purpose
The purpose of this two-day foundation training is to give participants a solid grounding in the importance and mechanisms of Adaptive Value Alignment (AVA). Training details und Agenda
The two-day training course, conducted in four half-day sessions is designed as an in-person training which can be run in German or English and is intended for up to 16 participants. The training consists of a well-balanced mix of theory, practical simulations and group exercises. We impart both the necessary knowledge and an understanding of the key interrelationships and always focus on practical applicability.
