About this service
Workshops, (like agile transofrmation frameworks) never fit out of the box. They will be most valuable to you when they are targeted to your specific needs.
We provide a number of tailor-made workshops for topics such as

We take a pragmatic and hands-on approach. The workshops generally address current painpoints or needs. Many of the workshops include an assessment to understand the context and tune the workshop accordingly.
What support you can expect
In the clarification phase, we ensure before any contractual agreement is made, that we are confident that we can help you with your workshop. If we don't feel that we are the right people to support you, we will not waste your or our time.
You can be confident that once we agree to provide a workshop, that we are confident that we can support.
If prefered, we provide expert guidance to your facilitators for running a workshop (for example, running a value stream analysis).

Whether you need on-site or remote, German or English, we can provide workshops around organizational adapatability.
Most such workshops start with an analysis and clarification phase where we determine if and how we can help you achieve your workshop goals.
After that we clarify participation and finalize targets. Tyically workhops will be 1-2 days.
We ofter provide opportunities free of charge to reflect on or review impact of identified interventions at a later stage.
