Purpose and Background


Based on proven principles and procedures for dealing with releases in a lean-agile environment, the aim of this workshop is to develop solution approaches for optimization of releases in your organization.

Additionally, the workshop aims to give participants the understanding and structure to implement, maintain and enhance release management processes in your organization.

This two-day workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of release management principles tailored for highly dynamic environments.
