The adaptive organization of the future
With the help of transparency through a standard model, an enterprise can flexibly organize itself into "Adaptive Zones" centered around value creation.
Teams, as the atomic units, gravitate to the zones where they can provide most value but belong to a “home” organization (CORE), which has a specific business or functional orientation (such as billing) and operational maintenance responsibility.
This approach maximizes value creation for the enterprise, redundant work and silos are avoided. Teams remain stable and where appropriate have operational responsibility for what they develop.
This model is completely compatible with frameworks such as SAFe, LESS and Scrum@Scale etc.
