His experience includes stints as product owner, scrum master, agile coach and trainer and he is a recognized expert in Lean Portfolio Management. He is renowned for his ability to use his extensive all-round agile knowledge to find pragmatic solutions to real-world problems. 

He has successfully guided both individual teams and organizational units through their agile transformations.
